Smart Solution for Marlborough School’s Flooding Problem
Marlborough School faced a recurring issue—its asphalt carpark would regularly flood during heavy rain, often causing water to enter nearby classrooms. Working closely with the project manager, we provided a long-term solution by replacing the existing surface with permeable concrete. This upgrade significantly reduced pressure on the existing stormwater system, allowing water to drain more effectively and preventing future flooding. The result is a safer, more resilient environment for staff and students.
